Life has since moved on without the bike rider. In detention since 2013! His senses are open and clear now. He thought he would get away with it, maybe seeing others escape prosecution as a result of victims not coming forward due to shame. Hope the same life sentence can be given out to other offenders elsewhere, especially those who rape minors. |
