Oh oh..he's not even in Canada. He will cry for them when he lands.
ednut1:
you are not in Canada yet so wont understand. He is talking about those older ladies who are unmarried and those who divorced for flimsy excuses in Canada. Rumour has it that (me i dont know o grin) They are literally begging small boys for attention ( free sex, free food, free money) etc. the men usually go back home to pick a wife if they cant find here. However many ladies will rather die than go pick a man in Nigeria for fear of being used. Observing the drama from the side lines grin

When in rome be like the romans. Cats , dogs and plants are what oyinbo use for companionship. Nigerians start doing that too lmao

After all your epistles, the Nigerian woman in Canada will come to run ads on nairaland

Bro the ad I saw on this thread made me cry out. If they rather stay single and die, why come to run ads on nairaland? And some aunties here are defending it.

Well, good luck to those involved.
Ha, professional wailer! As if men are not on these threads also complaining of loneliness abi men have not been patronizing these ads. Why not cry for your gender first.

Hello all,
Please, anyone here living in the City of Victoria, BC... Or studying at University of Victoria, Royal Roads University or Camosun College.
Please, if anyone here is, kindly reachout to me or quote this post I beg!
I'll be landing in Victoria early August

Hello there, hope my reply is not coming in late.
I lived in Victoria for 2 years and I believe there is a vibrant nigerian-immigrant community there. I can link you up if this is something you would like.
Welcome to the country and may the land favour you.

You call people's life experiences rumors? There was even an ad here to show you how serious it is. I don't even want to share my experience just 2 days ago because many like you will think it is a rumor.

I agree with you. There's somewhere in Alberta, I think it is Jasper (not really sure). It is like a natural reserve or something.

Bottom line, any animal here can enter your house and mess with you, but you are not allowed to harm them! If you do, you will get charged.

The solution; report to local authorities and they will track the animal and send it to the wild.

You can buy USD from BDCs because the banks will not give you dollar if you apply via TMS for immigration purpose. Unless you have strong leg in the banks, you can give TMS a shot.

Save your money in USD and hold the cash yourself. DON'T BOTHER OPENING A DOLLAR ACCOUNT.

If you already have a dollar account, you can deposit over the counter but when you want to withdraw. Go to a branch that has high dollar turnover so it is easier for them to get the amount of dollar cash you need.

When did Nairaland stop being a social website or any less better than Twitter in having conversations?
Opinions are expressed on social websites and everyone should have a field day having some. There is no one corner of the internet any more restricted than the other. Deal with it.

Whether in person or on social forums, opinions can be expressed with some decency. At the very least, have your field day without being a condescending douchebag. When you’re done running amok on the thread, I hope that you have other things going on in your life to return to.

Cool. At least you’ve gotten rid of the illusion that Twitter is for “other” conversations and Nairaland is for the one that suits you. That’s some progress for your simple mind. I take credit. Now I can go right back to other things, including dumping their a.ss while you watch like the simpleton you are, lol.

I have no care in the world what your opinions are of my opinions. I’ll have a field day and more.
