Someone with the same situation brought this to the platform and it was duly discussed.

However, you need a legal court document to proof the bolded. The parent giving you consent is not legal

Be aware that you will have to also prove why the birth parents are not in the position to take care of the child and living with you is not enough. This will also involve child welfare pending on what state you are to assess that you meet the conditions of a guardian.

Also bear in mind when it comes to children UKVI will do due diligence in verifying the evidence you present so do not present fake documents

When you finish resolving the court documents we can then proceed with additional evidence you can provide.

Until then, it might be worth discussing with the birth parents to care for their child and then support when you can

Backdating a legal documents automatically makes it invalid in my opinion.

Submit the wedding certificate you have , submit all the evidence you have from your Traditional Marriage in 2015 to date (randomly selected)

Include a cover letter saying although you have a church certificate that date's XYZ, you have been traditionally married since 2015 and the pictures/ emails)chats/ bills paid together, investment etc is the evidence.

Get the legal side sorted, that usually takes a while to do because like I said some states may involve child welfare


Whilst that's going on you can start to gather additional evidence such school fees and letter from the school attesting to the same situation, letter from hospital same situation, you could add church, you could add vacation the list is endless

The first step is the legal side, that is primary

Noticed too from friends for their dependents. Some have even stayed like 6 weeks or more. Really very bad.

You dont have to start all over again.
The payment will still get to flywire.

Dont get a backdated certificate.
You can go do the proper court wedding and that would suffice.
If you are applying together you can show strong evidences of your relationship including your tradding wedding pics, chats, e.t.c

Your church certificate is fine
Add the picture of your traditional wedding and other picture you took together.
Then you are good to go.

If you don't understand it, just fill in your form A directly without using flywire

But they have selective course for January not all their courses have January intake
