Exactly why courts should refrain from making orders that might be in vain as in the present situation. It is simply impossible to carry out wishing the lifespan of the interim order as it ends up granting the claims of the FG without a trial on the merits. The judicial reasoning here is faulty. 5 Likes |

Thinkam: contempt of court order attracts fines and jail terms. ASUU shouldn’t copy government in disobeying court orders, it has grievous fines. government can only do it because they are government. is like parable of rat and lizard swimming, rat comes out soaked, lizard comes out dry. ASUU will regret it. 2 Likes |

I'm wondering why NANS haven't even sued the FG and ASUU together. It's simple, they're letting their personal quabble get in the way of NANS. 3 Likes |

What is the interest of NANS in all of these? Industrial Court has given a verdict but NANS disagree. Do they want to continue on the strike? Is the strike action indeed political? NANs need to tell us what we do not know. 2 Likes |
