am really confused of what to do with N15m i saved from my online freelancing/upwork and software programming.. am 37yrs still single! am not planning to get married now. should i build a house for myself or i should start a business? I need youR advice! plz, dont DM me because i wont reply u.

Don't build a house now.i repeat don't build it now,especially in now that the economy is going low.since you aren't married no need to suffer your self to build a house, because if the lady you want to marry doesn't like the situation,what will you do? i would rather want you to use 5million to start a business.it will bring good returns if manage well.it may even become a big company. use another 5million by putting it in a saving account,where interest will be added to it. use another 3million for online business.don't fall for scam deals. use the last 2million for any purpose.use it sparingly,not on girls.

Invest more in yourself. Get a skill that will increase your income. N15m won't build a house but it will start a business. Forget house matter for now. If you successfully build your income, you can build in future.

You can build a 3bedroom bungalow with 7m or less, start a furniture business with 5m, reserve 2m for contingency while making more money on upwork

Divide that 15m into 3, buy plots of land with 5m , out of the plots of land choose one and Start the foundation on one with 5m , the last 5m put it back in your business

Buy a land in a good area
Ensure to know the future
Then start looking out for businesses you can be interested in
Use like #300k-#500k to test run.
The land in a good area is for your money not to sit docile in the Bank while you test run.
Put in mind that you'll be giving yourself like 2 year's to know the nitty gritty of the business.

When the time for expansion comes,you can sell part of your land to expand.

Then use part of the money to get insurance.
Get all the necessary documents for the Land
You could use about #10m to get good valuable land, do your research well to know best locations to invest in.
Don't go inside bush with the blind promise of "unknown future".

Keep like #2m in a Savings Bank account, don't collect ATM
This will be adding Tintini interest on it and easily liquidated.

you already have a skill, what you need is a million or 2 out of the 15m you have and use it to start a business center at a good location preferably somewhere close to a federal or state university or even inside the school

BUY ALL THR MATERIALS YOURSELF.

You can build or buy a house of 3-4 million naira with just 11 million around Abuja then rent it out and use the remaining to start a business you can grow.
Alternatively you can start a business by employing some teams to run your business as long as they are competent enough to double your money.
It's all about clarity of purpose and direction.

Ignore the rubbish they wrote there!

The idiot who wrote that nonsense actually said that you can build a septic tank, soak away and well for N300,200 meanwhile in his price estimate he did not include the cost of 3.5mm iron rods, carpenter labour charges etc.

He also said you can tile an entire 3 bedroom bungalow with just N250,000! How very ridiculous!

Please take it from me, I'm talking from experience, N7m is not enough to build a 3 bedroom bungalow!
