Am doubting the one i saw with their payment method system

Please o, before I woke up my dad has sent his passport via DHL to VFS lagos o.

He did not pay the 990 SMS fee.

What happens now. What do I do?

It's getting serious now. I forwarded my passport to VFS lekki since 24th of October and up till now, no result. I tracked my passport and got :
"Your processed passport has been forwarded to the Canada Visa Office on 2022/10/27. To know more, please call VAC helpline number or visit VAC website".

I have sent several emails to VFS and what I keep getting is :-

IRCC na wa to get PPR is drama even to stamp visa another wait with no information.

I am honestly tired, still saying the same thing for me too. It is past their projected 15 working days now.

I am in a similar situation and need my passport urgently, not sure if they were impacted by the terror alerts. Does anyone know if one can request for passport to be returned without visa?

Chai. U will implore you to wait . Abeg. Imagine how many months you stayed for b4 you got the passport request message. Now ,nah when the thing don gel finish u wan come retrieve passport without the said visa on it. Ha. Be calm o. Or maybe uno wait for months sha like some of us ,probably urs was supervisa

We that have applied since February 2022 without getting any update are using side eye dey look una...

Don't worry, hopefully you'll get back your stamped passport soon...

I am planning to apply for a Canadian tourist visa , i have no one to send me invitation from Canada but i plan to go as a tourist where i'd book hotel and visit some tourist attractions. i have been to 18 countries including Uk 3 times and France 3 times other Schengen countries about 2 . I have also been to Maldives, Mauritius and Seychelles ,Cape Verde and few African countries. My question is... do i stand a chance of securing a tourist visa with Canada? and i'd also like to know if this is a good time to apply and if my application will be attended to .I plan to submit January and to travel June 2023. What are my Chances and what would you advice i do? your response will be highly appreciated.

just apply and wait for their decision no one can tell you your chances. Better apply this month. If you read the thread well you will see that some applied last year, some this January, some april and have not gotten a decision. They seems to process it haphazardly.

it will be good to apply this month or next month, their processing time now is 6 months
and you have a good travel histtory work on you home tie when submitting your application best of luck to everyone

Just reapply, they usually cancel one themselves when they make a decision on the other.
