For the return leg tomorrow, we should line up a tried and tested defence, no more of this Bassey gaffes that might prove costly. I would hope Omeruo and Semi Ajayi start as CBs this time, to the best of my knowledge Omeruo has never put in a wrong foot for Nigeria whenever he plays...just unfortunate he has been largely overshadowed by the Balogun and Ekong partnership. Ajayi on the other hand is reliable in that role.

full backs should be Osayi Bright and Bruno Onyemaechi (Zaidu should be benched).

Midfield should be Onyeka and Ndidi to lock down and protect that back 4, while Iwobi plays CLOSER to the attacking cause it was inconceivable seeing Iwobi playing deep in the first leg! All this is all speculative of course because I don't know what formation Peseiro will go with, but he has to go with a more cautious yet attacking 4231 formation...play Osimhen as a lone striker and ditch this 442 rubbish. Osimhen thrives more as a lone striker, on the wings we might have to go with Ahmed Musa for his pace and experience and Chukwueze...if Peseiro decides to go with his usual 442, then just play Moffi and Osimhen together and we will score goals.

You are funny... U mean a washer musa over chukwueze... Chai

Also onyedika should start with Onyeka. Ndidi is match rusty

Here and Now is also about consistent oustanding performance in the HERE and NOW .

With regards to Nwakali there is nothing oustanding, exceptional, excellent and unique about his performances in the very low segment of the Segundo division which is well below England league two .

He is an anonymous mouse 🐭 in a very poor league that's given credence among the delusionals only on this forum.

Pls sell Nwakali as you like. But Xabi Alonso rebirth

Take it easy now. Even Stanley Lil Messi Okoro is more justified than this new one i heard. No need to overhype just to make us see why he need to be invited abeg. If he's that talented, the league needs to change or else ee all will start justifying call ups from obscure leagues like the Balde guy that scored against us, or Yummmy Yummy guy.

It seemed like coach Peseiro wanted to make an Etebo out of Ndidi and was tilted towards the same strategy he used against Sao Tome and Principe, but it did not work. Etebo and Ndidi cannot be substituted one for another.
I saw the stuff Ndidi was trying to pull, Ndidi will remain Ndidi. Very good at what he does and that it is. Ndidi can evolve and improve, he is getting there, but a lot of work he needs to put in.
The burden of play progression and control shouldn't be left on the shoulders of one player (Iwobi), you cannot do that especially when you are facing a team that is tactically set up to defend.

Etebo played a big role in the thrashing of Sao Tome and Principe.

you get eye. The same reason I was seriously against the 2 man midfield nonsense

Ndidi performs well when he sits at the front of the back for to shield it. He isn’t a ball carrier and will never be one

A midfield of ndidi as dm, Onyeka as b2b and iwobi as an AM would hv destroyed GB

I said return. That is a growing Xabi Alonso, and not a world class Xabi yet. Understand before jumping in. By the way, Xabi Alonso pulled those stats with World class forwards and midfielders. Kelechi Nwakali is pulling it off with a team trying to find their feet. What Kelechi Nwakali is doing is astonishing.

Birds πŸ•ŠοΈ of the same feather πŸͺΆ flock together.

After 8 years in Europe he has been in continuous consistent regression he has found his level, among poor quality players like himself.

Actually Alonso after his first few games in La Liga played 14 games as a 18 year old in the Segunda division and was immediately catapulted back into La Liga.

This is Nwakali fourth season in the very poor relagation bottom section of the Segunda division.

Why has Real Madrid not come for him ❓❓

There is absolutely no comparison with Nwakali and Alonso it's an insult to intelligence to even consider the comparison.

In my opinion and from what i have seen so far, coach Peseiro should employ a three-man midfield that has Iwobi, Ndidi and Osayi.

Having a bad start in career does not mean the player is not good. Ask Vardy. Kelechi Nwakali is playing at an insane level and whether you like it or not, quality players have emerged from lower leagues in non-English football. Look for a point that is really factual.

Start refers to a momentary time sequence.

Nwakali has been starting his football ⚽ vehicle 🚜 for 8 years, when will engine begin to run πŸƒπŸΏ when it has knocked abe ❓

OGN reports that Peseiro's contract has been extended to 2024. Apparently, there is a clause in his contract that says he can only be sacked if he fails to win the next AFCON. Otherwise, NFF would have to pay him a huge severance fee.

Seems we're in for a long ride, guysπŸ™‚.

No matter how many times you say Kelechi Nwakali is a poor player, won't make him a poor player. You tried multiple times to run down Osimhen, see where he is now. You ran Sadiq down with all your might and he made it to La Liga. So, repeating "poor player" won't stop Kelechi Nwakali from pulling off more superb performances.

You are sounding like an APC politicians saying the 2023 election was free and fair when it we all know it was comprehensively RIGGED.

I have talked about my comments even presented screen shots of over 4/5 years ago . But you still keep telling these BLATANT LIES.

I said Sadiq is a poor quality player and to date I still do not rate SADIQ. Whether he plays in La Liga or not 🚫 I just don't him as a quality number 9.

Superb performances and he has remained in Segundo division earnings peanuts.

All my life as a Super Eagles fan, I've always advocated for foreign coaches but after Rohr rubbed gravel in my mouth, I had a rethink. We cannot continue to hire this washed up, journeymen coaches whose only merit is the color of their skin. Look at Peseiro and his tepid, uninspiring, Rohr 2.0 style. The morning shows the day. The man no be am

The NFF have intentionally chosen to recruit low quality coaches to the national team for decades.

It's very obvious why ❓❓

Nigga, you lie..First of all, you have no facts whatsoever to back up your claim that the Segunda division is below the English league two... You can only come up with "the Segunda division doesn't have money" which isn't a valid yardstick for ranking leagues....
Secondl, Nwakali isn't an anonymous mouse in the Segunda division..his stats are there for all to see...before you go "he doesn't score or assist much", you should understand his role in the team....

Your takes on Nwakali are always laced with sentiments and bias and some degree of hate...

Your here and now theory is another scam, because you always find a way to exclude it where certain players are concerned.. Like when Iheanacho was on his best run of form for Leicester, or when Sadiq was in form at Partizan Belgrade and later Almeria....

First of all I'm NIAJA not **** you may be but l not.

I've already done a very objective quasi balance score card appraisal.

A few uninformed which to contend with me but FAILED.

I was clear and concise and it was not anchored primarily on finance.

I challenge your to tell me one item I've said concerning NWAKALI that is UNTRUE, from facts we make deductions.

I challenge you to name one Factual information not two but just one item that I've said with regards to NWAKALI that is UNTRUE.

I understand that the truth IS BITTER for you and you therefore think it's HATE.

I will probably never ever meet Nwakali and I don't know him so why should I hate him ❓

Agreed but Siasia played a very good attacking brand of football. And even with his boys, he did well in the major tournaments he played and like I said earlier if his boys factor were not in, he probably would have achieved more success especially at the Rio Olympics and with his SE role.
