Introduction letters are not needed, neither is the offer letter..just stick to the documents stated in your CAS

2. 5months gap is okay, you don't need to provide any evidence of activities

GTB locks account when you initiate with them. You contact your account officer, send your documents to them and have your account locked Did you do that?

If yes, then it should not pass this week or next week, cause I know someone who locked account 31st January that was debited today.
