Do you know anyone that did PM in the UK and got a PM job immediately after? I'd suggest you find someone and ask personal experiences before delving into it, if you've not already started.

Personally, I believe whatever path or career path you want to venture into, just get the skills and understand the job very well. If you have the skills and expertise , you will definitely get placements. Especially in saner climes

My concern now is can I do the work. 40hrs in a place and 16hrs in another summing 56hrs a wake which might be more..??

Do you need agency?

I see quite a number of SIA jobs on Indeed. My friend got one in Middlesbrough and it was a bit easy to get so I believe London should be even easier

Hello
I just want to double check the info below;

As a student switching from Tier 4 to Tier 2 is there need to proof English language proficiency again?

There is an option to tick that you've submitted proof of English in your previous application

- Ensure no bangs and knocks from suspension is observed
- Check MOT history from government website
- Conduct an HPI vehicle check
- Check that AC is blowing cold......

Please everyone, I was recently offered a care job. And I am in the process of documentation. The employer has asked that I update my file with Access NI Check. Please what does that mean? Would a Police Clearance Certificate done here in Nigeria suffix since I am not yet in UK?

I don't think police clearance cert will work here, because the document issued by Northern Ireland (NI) to check your criminal record in the UK. So approach the company for guidelines, also during registration, you will need to input a code, which is the personal code of the company asking for the ACCESSNI cert.
Sometimes, some company gives the code for free, and some will require you pay Β£33 to get it.

If you don't understand, approaching the company is your best option.

Thanks for the explanation. My company has given me the code for free. But I am having a bit of difficulty setting up my account with Access NI (www.nidirect.gov.uk/apply-for-an-enhanced-check-through-a-registered-body). I was only able to get the email confirmation code and not the mobile phone confirmation code after several attempts. And without these confirmation codes, I can't successfully get the activation link to apply for an account and register. I have written to the nidirect account support at (nida@nidirect.gov.uk ) but no response yet. I have also spoken with the customer care-at (tel:+44-300-200-7814 ) and yet it has not been resolved. I don't know if I can leave out the mobile phone confirmation code part because it seems an integral part for the identity checks. A message popped up when I tried to continue without a mobile number saying "this process will take longer" without a mobile phone confirmation. Please what do I do?

Is the company aware you are still in Nigeria? And are they offering you sponsorship? If they are aware you are in naija, I don't think the Enhanced DBS is needed to fulfil your visa requirement. However, a police character certificate will suffice. The DBS check is done when you get to the UK and covers both your time in the UK and abroad.

Please I have been searching for affordable hotels in London. I just want to visit popular places like The London Eye, Westminster abbey, Buckingham Palace, Big Ben, Trafalgar Square, etc...

Affordable ooo. I have checked premier Inn and Travel Lodge but I'm not able to get around the whole thing.

Any pointers will be appreciated.

Thank you.

If you are in Abuja go to thier office in Gwarimpa, with your bank statement, they will try to bill you based on your transaction but please beat it down seriously.

Last week my mum a retiree went to get hers when the lady saw her bank statement , she billed my mum 500k for the TCC, my mum started packing her Kaya because that 500k is more than the cost of buying dollar at black market rate sef. They asked how much she wanted to pay, she said 20k, they said she should bring it πŸ˜‚.

I have also thought of this. Please do you know how one can go about this to secure a buy to let or own a home and pay for it installmentally in Nigeria?

Tolzeal:

One of the best ways to invest your money in Nigeria is to buy real estate or land from a reputable company that offers installment payment options. This way, you can avoid the low returns since most commercial banks loan out these money for enterprises for returns. Real estate market prices are not regulated in Nigeria and can increase significantly in a short period of time, especially if you buy from a company that has a good track record and a valid title, preferably a Certificate of Occupancy (COC).

I really don't understand. It's a straightforward application process. There's nothing out of the normal I think.

Just get to Denmark VFS website and pray you get a slot.
