Please go ahead. PCC is not needed for study permit application from UK. I know this because I just got my study permit approval and I applied in UK. Good luck

If you use an agent are you the one receiving message from IRCC? if yes then you will get the notices if there is an update but in absence of that i suggest you wait and prepare for deferment because you can't meet up

Yes I used an agent and I don’t receive any update . Although the agent do say no update yet. So I will just tell him to defer .

- fill out your required information in the boxes below
(Use your Nigerian address and phone number pls)
- Pick yes to the question about requesting information on your behalf if so
- pick member of the public for the category that best describes you
- Pick electronic copy for how you prefer to receive your notes/records
- click continue
- on the next page, pick privacy act on the 1st drop-down
- select English in the next drop-down
- select case files for the type of records
- fill out all necessary information below(for UCI number, use the format XX-XXXX-XXXX)
- in the comment box write a short intro and your request. Eg:

UCI is unique client Identification. It’s sets of number assigned to you when you apply for any immigration application in Canada. It’s unique because it’s only you that have that number and it never changes. That’s the number you use for all and subsequent applications to Canada. You can only get it after your first application. Hope you got it now?

Please I really need your help/Opinions about this. My 10yrs biometric is expiring June/July 2024 and my program is valid for two years study. And I have been asked to submit my passport to complete my application, my thoughts is that I don't know if I will still be giving the two years study visa since my Biometric will be expiring June/July 2024. If otherwise please what can I do to tackle this.

Usually your approval cannot exceed your biometric validity. The warning is on the application page, the place where you tick whether or not you'll need biometrics.

If this is the case, you'll get a study permit and visa valid until June/July 2024. You'll then have to apply for an extension from within Canada.

Age has nothing to do with education

There are people in their mid 40s , 50s doing Post Graduate Certificate programs at Canadian colleges.

But you need to consider your Academic background , relevant work experience and the qualification of the certificate program you want to apply to before making a move to study in Canada.

Do you have a Bachelor's degree or HND, if yes what did you study?

What year did you graduat?

What is your work experience (Job title and duties)?

I also shower my home ties. Pictures of the family at various event, even used the family company as home time, I have my name in the memart.

Unfortunately I only attached my sponsor's 6 months bank statement not 12 with considerable inflow and outflow. I also heard business account is a no no so in this instance I used his personal bank statement

But where my issue stands is with the documentation for the funds. Is it enough?

i think you need to submit the MEMA Docs and other Companies Docs and other docs to solidify your application.
