Well, they didnt want to sack people directly . The country is now working so i are reducing staffs

Did you resign before reapplying?
If you are leaving, give them a resignation letter and let them acknowledge it or they give you termination of employment letter.
You may need any of these letters in the future.

you are a female and there is more to the ccase that you were not told. reapplying is not the problem, they have conducted their survey already and they have found you wanting of something thats why they did not pick you. but anyways, its gooood to know you have moved on with you life. which statet is that to be precise may be i might have something better for you

Ask for your severance package if you have an original appointment letter, if they wanted their staff to reapply what they were suppose to do was to severe the previous employment by paying a severance package before the other application. If they don't pay or give you anything less than your tw years salary, talk to a lawyer and take them to court
