I think this depends on the number of years you have as an ET with your current employers.
But one thing I'm certain of is that you won't be getting the same salary.

Good morning Bro. I'm yet to reach you since then. I've sent mail to your sch mail but all to no avail. Please I'd like to get in touch with you. I'm currently an ET in UBA waiting for my confirmation. I'd like to jump ship by December next year

Hi, can you please enlighten me as to why? or just the norms of gaining more experience?

Yes, I am still in IT.
And yes again, my moniker is my official name. I see no need for being anonymous. 😌

Thank you for your time and assistance.

I worked with a commercial bank as contract staff for four years then joined a Fintech, this is my second year with them. I can't even recall when I applied( sometimes last year or so) but they sent a mail to me requesting for my credentials last week which I did, was scheduled for odyssey test and I wrote. I got a call that I would be scheduled for an interview in two weeks so I should be expecting details via mail.
I'm still yet to get confirmation from my current employer(Fintech) but I'm certain of getting it before the year runs out. I clocked 32 May this year. My question now is, won't the age be a barrier? What grade should I bargain for?

This is email samuelgoldcrity@gmail.com

Lol.

Calm down. These aren't the regular graduate trainees.

These are Disepers. Strictly IT.

Does anyone know what the pay structure (Bonus or stipend) is for bank treasurers. Is it the same for everyone or do u get some compensation depending on what you make.

KPMG Nigeria vs Sterling Bank. Which one would rather choose to work for if given full time permanent role as a senior software engineer? Let's assume both are on equal renumeration.

If it's Equal pay take KPMG. Bank work as anything can be really tasking. In KPMG i believe you will have time for other things.

Thank you my brother! In fact, KPMG pay is even higher than the bank but the challenge is that I already have offer from sterling to resume very soon but KPMG offer is on the way and may a couple weeks before everything is finalized. I prefer KPMG because of the wider scope of projects with opportunities for further exposure to new and diver technologies. Again, I'm worried about an offer that I don't currently have and don't want to throw away sterling because of it.

Ahh i thought you already have both offers. I can't advise you to throw away any offers in hopes of one please.

At this point, I think you should pick what you have on ground. Except you are sure that it is coming.
But if you are not sure. But you can always leave for a better pay and with more experience some time. Better than losing all

Hello guys?

I just need to get some information about first bank and I would appreciate responses. What’s the current payroll of first bank tech for the entry level. Also the bonus and allowances that comes with it. I know Union bank and GT bank pays quarterly allowance to their staff, I want to know if first bank does that too … and general advice between first bank Tech or GT management?

Thank you very much Richmond. I’m part of the Digitap GT candidates that will be joining the blue family soon… I passed Training school exams and I have done medicals. Our offer letters will be here next week. Please do you have an idea of how much we will be paid and does the salary increase affect us too?
