Around 200 AD, after crushing a Jewish revolt, the Roman Empire renamed Judea, which covered towns and cities like Bethlehem, as Palestine. This was done as a way to de-emphasize its Jewish identity.

Palestinians are not native to the area. They are decendants of the Philistines and the Sea People who migrated to the area centuries ago. Judea (renamed Palestine by the Roman Empire) is unarguably Jewish territory historically.

Palestinians have no homogeneous identity and are not decendants of Abraham like the Jews and Arabs who trace their ancestry through Isaac and Ishmael respectively.

If Jesus was alive today he will be a Palestinian Arab Christian 😆. Jesus was born between 6 and 4 BC by Jews so how will he be Arabs. King David was also born in Bethlehem more than 3500 years ago when there was nothing like Palestine and Jesus is from the lineage of David. You have a rethink. The Jews are just tolerating the Palestinians in Bethlehem and the Palestinians in the west Bank are not controlled by Hamas.

Thank God he showed how "smart" he is by his very "smart" propagandas. I don't know how related Hebrew language was to Arabic in those days. Arabic language that most of those countries adopted because of the influx of the Arabs into their countries by the normal migration.

It was o. Abraham was the first Jew, the father of the Jews. It was Jesus that came to bring about a merge between Jews and Gentiles. Unfortunately, most of the Jews refused to accept the gospel of Christ and those who did were mostly persecuted for it as those Jews believed that they were fighting God's cause. A good example of them is the legendary Saul that became apostle Paul.
He sincerely thought he was fighting God's cause by killing those Jews that believed in Jesus, whom the Jews thought had misinterpreted their book of the law. He was surprised to know that what he was doing was wrong. As one of the influential Jews that they were looking up to (who initially went on a killing spree of those who got converted to Christianity), he thought he could go back to convince them that he had seen "the light" (which he actually did on the road to Damascus cheesy) but they did not believe in Him either. They had become engrained in their old ways that they found it hard to believe him.
