The Managing Director (Mr Deji Anthony Bamisaiye) has the trend of avoiding to issue offer letters to anyone planning to join the company. this trend of his has been in practice for over a decade.

Staff get no benefits at all! No Pension or Medical Plan (HMO), No salary sef, na free work.

He has so perfected the habit to the point that he can go three months without paying staff salaries. He practically runs a free labor system in the company. If you angrily resign, he will not pay for the period worked. i know this much because i work there currently as the Chief Finance Officer and have been looking for a way out. I'll never pray for my enemy to end up in the mess I'm in now. Had i known this earlier, i wont have taken up the job

@op i was given an offer last year in the company but declined .U Should have looked at the terms and condition before working with them.

U dont have to quote name of the ceo and company name since u are still working with them.

The Guy and his Wife are co accomplices,I worked with them in 2009 for just 15working days,when i had to bow out as an Accountant,sometimes we would have to sleep in the office and continue the following day.Infact the Guy is crude, unrefined and notorious for reckless exploitation.

@BisiSesan am not surprised at ur post after all u chop the money together with them, u r part of d board so what else are u gonna say if not to side him. above and beyond are rouges dat coy sulks and d man mr olatunde loves to owe a lot of people , even his supplies are not left out and he throws harsh words at people any how, he even attacks his staff physically that i can prove. There was once a guy that worked with them and had an accident on his way to deliver some goods for the coy, the md demanded dat he spoilt his car and all sorts of rubbish of the goods not meeting deadline, prior to this time the guy slept over in the store/ warehouse and had to make the delivery the second day as he was not allowed to go home.

he ordered for dis guys arrest and his hospital bills were not borne by the coy. the guy got a sprained neck for good. those of us dat resigned got no salary for the work done till today. @ bukola my advice is just find ur way out fast and forget them. God will open better doors for u n let God Almighty be the judge.

¶ worked with dis coy some years ago and am surprised things haven't change yet well deres is no lie abt all said. ¶ just pray dat GOD open d eyes of desperate unemployed graduate willin to work with dem, but is a slavery company to be honest .

I worked for three days there 2years ago as a sales rep in the outlet at Opebi, it a hash environment, I was told to go for a trial to know if I will be abe to do it.I could not continue.and I was not pad as dey promised me. the work is a scam.on the day of interview the CEO kept us waiting till around 8pm at their headquarter and I observed some workers are still there.please beware.

Wao. I was lucky not to have worked with this coy. Was called in by a memeber of his staff for a meeting. I was totally ignored for like 10mins which told me a lot about him. While I was there, I could feel him trying to throw his weight and yankee trips all over his staffs and insults flying all around. So I made up my mind not to fall prey.

Basically, withing a few mins I already madeup my mind not to believe him or work with him.

Few days later, someone was telling me to make sure I collect my 100% pay before working for him. Am glad he could not afford my bill in d 1st place

I'm just coming across this news in the cause of my search today. I'm totally speechless and dumbfounded about all that I've read about this man.
My question is,how does he eludes justice over the years? I've read only today nothing less than 5 new paper report about this same man over cases similar to what the writer I've said about him from one court case to another.
This same man is owing the building he is occupying close to 5million or more in rent and still refuses to pack out.
How does the law favours a criminal minded person such as this man?
Where is justice to a common man in this country?
Which way are we really going in this country?

Hello, run for your life. That man and everything about him ooze fraud. He is a certified member of that association. He is owing banks, micro finance banks, always in and out of police station around ikeja. He is well known in "Area F" by rogues and genuine police officers in ikeja.
He is owing the building he is occupying on Majekodunmi in a tune of 5million or more. The owner died yet he refuses to pay nor pack out.
That's just the tip of the ice berg.
