I'm her biggest fan and I even knew about her before I got into kpop so if I couldn't recognize her at first sight then I doubt anyone would have recognized her😂 like what kind of unfortunate doctor did she meet. Both the female lead and second female lead have all had plastic surgery but they still look like themselves while she looks like her doctor gave her a totally different face, I wonder how it will affect her when she reaches her 50s.
