My Peugeot 206 has 175/65 R14 recommended tyre size based on the sticker by the door side, However, when I bought it I observed that all Tyres mounted on it were 185/70 R14 Tyres. Does that mean it can take handle such Tyres without any effects on the Car? Thank you I need expert opinions on this please thanks |

Nafizzey:The difference in tyre size might not be a significant issue, but just know that the 185/70 R14 tyres are slightly wider and have a larger sidewall than the recommended 175/65 R14 tyres for your car. Some say it could potentially affect the speedometer accuracy, as well as the handling and fuel efficiency of the car. But I am not sure.
