Car Gurus, please help me review this list. I visited a mechanic at Elizade toyota and he gave me this list after scanning and checking the car.
Everything cost more than a million.
Aren't the prices of the parts too high?

Car is a 2010 Toyota Corolla (South African spec)

Well, it's not a bad list assuming they buy quality parts.

They probably won't, though.

Run ooo
Somethings are not really due for changes but they will want to remove it because of jara they put on top of the price list. The day that I realized that it's not necessary for me to change parts on the car no matter how bad they are is the day that I start saving money and have long break from mechanic workshop .They will tell you this one and that one is bad but don't listen as long as you understand that those parts are not really compulsory expecially Toyota and Lexus parts. Your car will move perfectly and you will enjoy it for months before the parts park up . Run oo ..

Ah
Well since it’s Elizade Toyota , parts maybe OEM new , and OEM parts are usually the most expensive.
Most parts in market are aftermarket.

If you know what's good for you .run from that company..most of their mechs take the cars outside to fix then charge you elizade price..better to fix it in other mechs...where is your location.

From the prices, none of the parts are OEM. Why pay that high for average or even below average quality parts?

I even have top quality of some of the parts quoted at half the price grin
