Plenty ACs. Do clients ever consider a central HVAC system?
Central AC would need bigger gen or constant public power supply. Considering the epileptic electricity power we have, a system that is split might be more functional. At least one could turn on some, like only the bedroom with a smaller gen set.

1- You bought POP Boards separately and mounted or did you do the whole thing from scratch?

2- you went straight to CDK factory and bought your tiles etc etc sanitary wares from them ??

1. We did the whole POP boards on site and mounted them. It's usually cheaper that way.

2. I bought my tiles and sanitary wares from the open market, the quantities were not big enough for CDK company to attend to me.

For painting, I usually negotiate with my painters on a whole house contract.
