Why's banana or palm oil not cultivated in the north

palm oil are cultivated in swampy or rainy areas. unfortunately, i don't think the north has the much needed rainfall to cultivate it

Because it seems your pumping machine is surface. If the case is surface, how do you manage when the surface water runs dry
