I think SM and email have made communicating with Customer care so easy and made calling dem become irrelevant....

I spoke with them last week regarding an issue with roaming my number and they redirected me to another chanel within customer service unit... problem was resolved satisfactorily but response time of the intra unit transfer was too slow. I think I reached them through 300

Their other platforms are terribly slow. I used their zigi and did not get a response from a person until over 12 hours later.
