i dont know the reason for all these past question wahala............from experience, workforce test has always been "STRICTLY GMAT" and once you have any gmat materials either soft or hard copy, practise very well and get familiar with it, success will definitely be the answer.

Getting a copy of the format is not a guarantee for success cos from experience lack of adequate time and fear is the reason why most people fail job aptitude test.



Bottom Line is......get familiar with GMAT...(Numerical, abstract and verbal reasoning), let ur energy be on your strongest area during the test and do your best to the rest.................................................

Guy u think me wan give my self for high tension! You no know how market be? So if UAC say na 50k dem wan give person and make e be say na 50k ! U go do the test? No oh I wan hear! Which means for the number of years established as a corporate entity they are not growing! Get the logic!

If you say that 45k is the pay, I wouldn't be surprised because wfm can't pay well yet they are looking for professionals and experienced people. I have been there before after passing their test, interviews and whatever, only for them to give me a job of a salary range of 30-40k/month, despite my 3 years of experience with a financial institution. I rejected the offer because where am currently working, their pay is more than theirs(wfm). Even ICSL can't pay low. The least you will get from ICSL is 70k for Bsc/HND. That was the reason why I said in my first comment that, I pray for improvement in their salary otherwise, I will remain with my current employer.

Let's just hope for the best. GOD help us all!

It wont be a bad idea for someone that applied for the specialist trainee scheme to know whats at stake in terms of salary. Most people in this category will definitely be on present employment and will need to weigh up their options in every angle to know the best for them before putting all their energies into the recruitment process.
