heykims: but wat d heck is wrong wt ds bbm thing sef, if u wan upload a pic as ur dp, The crop field can be adjusted. Press on the edge of it it will show 4 arrows on each side now you can pull it to the required size. |

davit: I obeserve that the custom rom supports OTA. the latest is 4.8.29. Each time I try to update my phone bootloops. Ega and Skgeeboss has anyone of you tried this? Are We allowed to update to the latest version? |

samuelseggs: You will need to first install Google Installer before you can enjoy some google apps with the MIUI rom. Get the installer from their website/forum. I also observe from the MIUI rom that you dont need Mobileuncle. Just go to the advanced settings under setting. You can easily change your IMEI their and do some other stuffs provided your phone is rooted. To root your phone, just download Framaroot 1.9.3. Peace. |

Onesimus70: The new custom rom (MIUI) comes with exposed framework. If you can port to the custom rom, you can easily install any version of xposed framework without any fear. That is what I did. Shalom! |

"FOR THE BENEFITS OF THOSE WHO WANNA BACKUP THERE ROM B4 APPLYING ANY TWEAKS ON R7" INSTALL CLOCKWORKMOD RECOVERY ON TECNO R7. hauza12: (1) Download any file manager application, install on phone. Preferably ES file explorer from play store Or here is a link: https://www.dropbox.com/s/90om7rvd5kijwwr/com.estrongs.android.pop-202-v3.1.2.apk (2) Download mobile uncle tools from play store, install on phone. Or here is a link: https://www.dropbox.com/s/ibcfhetem0xzhup/Mobileuncle%20Tools-com.mobileuncle.toolbox-331-v20140111v2.9.9.apk (3) Download R7 recovery image, here is the link: https://www.dropbox.com/s/88xjc0mntfaf2oc/Tecno%20R7%20cwm%20recovery.img?dl=0 Then, after downloading the recovery image, rename it as recovery.img Now, launch es file explorer and place the recovery.img file in the root of your sd (do not put in any folder, just let it stand alone) (4) launch mobile uncle tools, should demand root assess, grant it. Now, click on recovery update on mobile uncle tool, phone would come up with a suggestion to update recovery and booth into recovery, allow it....... (5) Finally, phone should booth into clockworkmod recovery mode......just scroll up and down by the use of your volume keys and use power bottom to click on backup and restore, then click on backup option, phone should automatically backup up the necessary files... (6) Wait a while for the backup to complete, after complete backup, phone should notify u that backup complete. Than just click on reboot system!!!!!!!!! U NOW OWN A BACKUP, GO AHEAD, TOY WITH AN FILE, U ARE GOOD TO GO........THE VERY MOMENT U ARE BRICKED OR PHONE MISBEHAVING JUST BOOTH INTO RECOVERY AND RESTORE YOUR BACKUP!!!!!!
