Hey! you don't need transcript to apply for the HND form ooo....
You can apply only if your ND result is available and when you you invited for Interview after which you can go ahead and apply.

Note: Only the teller or receipt you used to applied or paid for your transcript that'd to be sent to Yabatech is required for screening during Registration OK.
