Mogidi:

It may not be part of their uniform but its part of the gradual Islamisation of Nigeria.

Did you forget your brain in the bathroom this morning?

Even in so called Saudi Arabia women don't dress with hijab, all they want is for the women not to dress with their cleavage showing that's all. I wonder why we over do things. Talking of my everyday experience angry

I feel for those kids under 3yrs old wearing hijab in the heat of the sun. Its total slavery. What does it have to do with their school uniforms. Please ban it totally from all schools in the 36 states and set the children free from this bondage. They can wear it anywhere else and remain in it butnot in schools.
this... spot on

I hope the bigots on Nairaland will read this and do something that will alleviate Nigeria from her state and not this Hijab nonsense that they are trying to impose to our public schools.

When broadcasting of miracles on our local TVs was banned, the Christians didn't take the decision to court. It's a thing of common sense.

They should appeal. I'm sure they will lose over and over. No patriotic and sensible person should carry religion on his/her head. People who put religion on their heads are part of the problems in Nigeria today.

PLEASE I WANT US TO KNOW THAT THE WAY WE ARE GOING, NIGERIA'S UNITY AND ONENESS IS AT STAKE. WE SHOULD NOT BE BIAS AND SENTIMENTAL WHEN IT COMES TO SOME ISSUES.

I DON'T KNOW WHY SOME INDIVIDUALS/GROUPS ARE SO SELFISH. SOME PEOPLE ARE JUST TRYING TO USE RELIGION TO GRADUALLY DISINTEGRATE THIS COUNTRY.

IMAGINE WHAT WILL HAPPEN WHEN SOME STUDENTS START WEARING HIJAB AND SOME CELESTIAL STUDENTS START WEARING THEIR WHITE GARMENT TO SCHOOL, THIS WILL LEAD TO CHAOS AND DISUNITY. PLEASE DON'T WE SHOULD NOT ALLOW TRIBE OR RELIGION TO CAUSE CONFUSION.

SAY NO TO HIJAB IN PUBLIC SCHOOLS BECAUSE IT WILL LEAD TO UNHEALTHY RIVALRY. THEY ARE CALLED PUBLIC SCHOOLS, NOT PRIVATE OR MUSLIM SCHOOLS. THANKS

Whats the essence of the Hijab?? why r dis pple still dwelling in d past
Taking the holy communion is dwelling in the past?
The attire of a nun is dwelling in the past?
Holding the cross is dwelling in the past?
Is speaking in tongue dwelling in the past?
Is wearing white garment dwelling in the past?

Sir, you are dwelling in intolerance and exclusion

They should remember what happened in one Yoruba state(either Ekiti or Osun) when different people wore their religious outfit to school. Muslims; Christians, Traditionalists etc. It is not part of the school uniform.

Why should we not go to work on Sunday when the constitution says we are not a Christian nation

She noted that since the public schools were being funded by the government, it was therefore competent to issue dress codes and other guidelines to the students.
Is this judge aware that the NATIONAL CHRISTMAS TREE was paid for by government money

The non-Hijab wearing students will feel inferior to those who are putting on Hijab
How come Justice Modupe Onyeabor does not feel inferior to nuns or does she?
