Enter Lenovo's SHAREIt, a new free app from the leading PC vendor that lets you send files between any Android, iOS, Windows or Mac OS devices in the room over Wi-Fi direct. SHAREit even sends files to entire groups, and works just as well whether you own a Lenovo device or not.

FEATURES:
- Send and receive any kind of file, whether music, apps, videos, FOLDERS, you name it SHAREit will do it.
- Transfer files between devices from different platforms namely; android, ios(apple), and windows.
- Transfer files between personal computers(laptops) at great speed wirelessly.
- CLONEit: Allows you to transfer the contents(contacts, music, and everything) on your old phone to a new device, so you can enjoy your new phone like the old one.

No tutorial is needed on how to use SHAREit, it's best feature is simplicity.

Please do not download the version on google play store, it has limited features, also, when downloading the windows version from kc.lenovo.com, make sure you download the 'Beta' version, it's smaller but has more features. The beta version is the best for Windows.

Nice app and works seamlessly especially the Wireless sharing option. The PC version is also cool.

Works perfectly. I can use my mobile device as a remote control to view presentation slides on the PC as well as wireless sync my phone gallery for PC viewing.

After connecting, click send, then select what you wanna send and click next

Thanks for the prompt reply. The problem is that I can't find my pc on the phone. Maybe it's cos I don't know how to connect the phone and the pc to the same LAN. HOW ow do I make sure that my phone and the pc are on the same LAN

Try disconnecting and starting the process again. It should work.

Restart your phone and try again.

Your phone will create wifi hotspot to receive incoming files, make sure you don't switch it off.

Click 'Send' on your laptop, click 'receive' (not pc connect) on your phone.

On your laptop, after clicking 'send' you'll see a box, drag all the files you want to send into it and click next. Your laptop should show an avatar representing your phone if you have clicked 'receive' on your phone, click the avatar

I want to do the opposite. I clicked send on my phone and receive on the laptop but the phone can't find the laptop while the laptop is waiting to receive.
I also clicked connect pc but the phone can't find my pc.
