tried checking callup on portal.nysc.org.ng , I entered my email ads and pwd but it is showing my dashboard instead of a link to really print callup letter. Confused

I printed my wife's call up letter this morning.

though after paying the first time and my wife's call up number sent to her email address and money deducted from my account, I later got below;

Solution to d above as stated on d nysc website is as follows:
  I paid N4,060.00 with my ATM Card and the amount was deducted from my card but the message says my payment is not successful.
Answer- Send your payment transaction reference id to this email address nyscsupport@sidmach.com.

Since u already did another transaction, I suggest u call ur bank; note d date and time of transaction too.

Those who did not pay the N4,000 can't print the call off letter so you are advice to go to your institution an get yours
