Letter/certificate of discharge would come from the state you served. So it wont affect a thing. I feel ur friend didnt look well or he's intentionally playing pranks on you. Check for yourself tomorrow. Good night.

Then go to that page's web address and change the words to this 'portal.nysc.org.ng/print or portal.nysc.org.ng/print .aspx'
