No there are not many women of other tribes who occupy traditionally male dominated positions as do Igbo women. A yoruba man said this...Fani Kayode not me. Get over yourself!

O C Ukeje is a catch himself... take note, it will be very difficult if not impossible to find a yoruba man that can match. Simply a pretty boy that she could not resist or let slip. Successful Igbo husband dont come that easy? Lola and Mrs Ukeje have not yet explained.

Shut up dummy. If you read my post carefully I used the phrase, "there are not many women of other tribes who occupy traditionally male dominated positions as do Igbo women", never said it's "only Igbo women". Go and read Fani Kayode's article; a fellow yoruba who observed this trend and felt to wake up his people before its too late. He explained this extensively. My last reply to you dummy.

It can be peaceful disintegration or otherwise which might be spear headed by the outcome of 2015 presidential election.

For Nigeria to remain one, things like State of Origin should be replaced with State of Residence, Inter-Tribal marriage should be encouraged

purplekayc:
dis integrate?HOW?

I never disputed the fact that her mum is an anambrarian because it doesn't make Anita Igbo girl.

Her dad is from Benue.

Funny enough, for quite some time now, I have often found myself drawn to Yoruba and Akwa Ibom girls more than my Igbo sisters, especially Yoruba girls. For real, Yoruba girls are easy to get along and more open to my kind of relationship than my igbo sisters.

Akwa Ibom babes are very loyal and can take care of you to pieces..... One showed me love that got me so scared that I had to slow it down before she give me love isi mgbaka.... Lol.

My igbo sisters I still love them regardless but I have not been lucky with the kind of Igbo girl I would have wanted, the ones I have met use more of their head than their hearts..... One thing I know about Yoruba and Akwa Ibom girls is that if they say they love you, they mean that $h! T and will do so through thick and thin, the igbo sisters I have been involved with are usually too diplomatic in heart affairs.

But all the same, I am very open to inter tribal marriage, there is so much to learn from it and it widen your horizon about Nigeria, does not mean I can argue and disagree on politics with my Yoruba sweetheart that likes to call me omo ibo or okoro when she wants to tease.. Lol... Luv to pieces.

I observe here that most of the inter tribal marriages are common among the Yorubas and Igbos. Are they no other tribes who are celeb? Pls let's spread more love than hate.

What they look out for is their caring nature......and a woman that will not leave them during hard times....thats why most go for south-east,south-south,....their women buy them over with their ability to cook good food....and you know, good food will definitely lead to good sex..

Igbo girls with a liberated mindset would never marry a man that reminds them of their chauvinist bred brothers.

As long as Igbo men continue to be bred in such a parochial way, the liberated Igbo female would continue to find a husband in any man that is not Igbo.
Absolute nonsense.
The very vast majority of igbo women(educated and non-educated) are married to igbo men, so what is the problem if a small percentage decides to branch out.?
Btw, what is more chauvinistic than polygamy?
And polygamy is a major yoruba 'culture' regardless of exposure and educational qualification.

Most non-Igbo men married to Igbo women walk ten feet tall, because Igbo women are the most beautiful women in Africa and among the most beautiful in the world without makeup.

The fact that you also cited the bible adds credence to the fact that you lot are soft.

Out here, when nyggahs play away games, they snipe the best of the best - take a cue from that and stop being metrosexual.

A lot of you are soft! grin

If we are soft, that is good it is not bad, women want men that are actually soft on them and not those with animalistic tendencies.

igbos are just diametrically senseless. igbo's open display of love is so fake. An igbo girl called my line after the end of the phone conversation the igbo guy that was with me asked "she's from which part of East?" I said Owerri, shouted "tufiakwua" by the time he finished with Owerri, I quickly deleted the girl's No. He said Owerri girl, will bring over all her family and never allow any of my family, etc. that she will look for every way to kill me to posses my wealth. He said Eboyi are worse, poverty stricken fetish people. He said Anambra wive always love to dominate their husband, he said Enugu people r poor n lazy etc. He said his people, Abia, r the only good people. I concluded that even if they seceed from Nigeria, they'll surely end up killing/ exterminating themselves within a short time in inter-clan wars. I'm so proud to be Yoruba!

Are igbos beging yoruba to marry from them? Una no get women ni?

Igbos will always seek greener pastures, it is either u want or u know want, afterall u are seeking beauty.

Do u have the money to marry an igbo woman or igbo tribe?

Igbos are well over 40million, so it makes no difference to our ever growing population.

We will always have pretty girls, ugly girls, fat girls, and skinny girls for everybody.
