Before this I got had about 18gb plus

So I checked my data balance afterwards
Y'ello, your data bundle balance is 20.11GB, expires: 16/Feb/2015 05:17. you have 350.82MB of your additional data bundle, expires: 22/Jan/2015 12:00. You will be charged bundle rate at data bundle exhaustion with subscription validity.

You didnt say what short code you used. If its 102 then you did same thing with your usual subscription.

The new one is 120 to 131.

Besides, you have been wasting that night 20GB data when you can use it all day but with some sacrifces.

When the bonus is exhausted, make sure you dont have airtime in your phone. On your phone settings where there is 3G service options, select 3G service only (i.e remove from auto).

After 6am you will keep browsing and downloading until you do one of the following:

Leave network area
Make a 2min or more call
Leave 3G service
Disconnect internet connection for morethan a minute.

This is how it works. When you connect to a mobile internet network, it assigns you an IP adress. The IP address you used for the night browsing will continue to work until you diaconnect from it and assigned a different one. A call suspends your internet connection for the duration of the call and discconect if you stay longer. By the time you resume, you will have a new IP which will not browse.
