Clear case of murder/assassination through poisoning ...!!! First the car tyre didn't leave a print or the print was carefully concealed after the car got to its current position. Second a make-shift pillow was made for the man.

Obviously, that's an assassination from men of the underworld. It seems his car was chased after before the assailants could get hold of him and killing him gruesomely... May God protect us his children from the hands of evil maraulders and may we not fall into their temptations!

This is someone's husband, father, son, brother, relative, friend.
@ Poster - Would you be pleased to see your father's last pictures plasted across the net like this? Where is our decorum? Give this man some dignity and respect please.
Perhaps his family are not even aware of his death but thanks to your thread they will be.

Am out!!

I thought Lagos State government has emergency numbers that will handle such... Probably his life may have been saved if actions were taken on time... The police should have at least secluded the area...

Probably a heart attack while behind the wheels, no blood traces, i doubt its an assassination

I hate everything to do about that axis of Lagos......the only place I've witnessed multiple robberies going on simultaneously without hindrance...on a busy afternoon.

D comfort of those legs is puzzling. Those saying he was murdered. So after killing him,his assailants were so thoughtful and had all d time, dat dey made him so comfortable, even raising up one of his legs against d side of d car.

Nigerians and emergency numbers? I have seen several situation where things are going wrong and everyone keeps shouting "police no go come now o" meanwhile non of them called those numbers.

It's not a crime. It's not illegal.

It's just an entirely despicable and insensitive thing to do.

Lemme list all the bad things that happens on that 2nd rainbow-coker-ijesha axis of the expressway:

Arm Robbery
Ritual killings
Accidents on the high way
Pick pocketing
Lastma and police brutality
Disposing of dead and/or mangled bodies on the road.
Etc

Something should please be done on that road as christmas if fast apporaching.

I was telling my father just yesterday that Nigerians do not respect dead bodies. He didn't want to agree. Just Google image search the word Nigeria. Just the word Nigeria. See the kind of gruesome, horrific pictures people enjoy taking of corpses. Uncensored mutilation and gore. And what do you see in every thread involving death? "Where are the pictures?"

One thread involving a woman who hanged herself included a picture of her corpse swinging from a tree. There were CHILDREN staring at it from two feet away, and adults standing behind them snapping pictures with their cell phones.

When I was editing the DVD for my grandfather's funeral, I watched the bearers struggling with his coffin until his corpse flopped out. The disrespect horrified and infuriated me.

My father told me Nigerians have become indifferent to death. Perhaps that's why harvesting body parts for juju isn't a big deal. I just don't know what to say.

He kept telling me I'm seeing it from a Western perspective. I'm yet to understand why Nigerians do this.

This man obviously died from hypertension or. Epilepsy going by d evidence of foam in d mouth. Maybe he had d attack and cudnt control d vehicle, then a passerby helped to lie him on d pillow But cudnt give further help due to Naija police wahala. The helper might be charged as prime suspect, So he abandoned the man.

Quite pathetic.

RIP

you are obviously right.

I saved a blind man today from being hit by moving vehicle along Alaba-rago and LASU area today. The blind man alighted from a bus and was on his way to mile 2. I didn't even know he was blind not until my younger sister whom I was with told me that the man behind us is blind. He almost got hit by a trailer when he was asking some people to show him the way to Iyana-Iba,so I quickly held the man on his arms and we trekked from LASU gate down to Iyana-Iba guiding him with his stick before I put him in a bus going to mile 2 while I am my sister went our own way.
I wonder what would have happened if I didn't render the help with the rough driving by drivers on that axis.

Nigerians should learn to help people who find themselves in such trauma.

Nice of u.

On a negative note, if something happened to that Blind man while u led him, u would have been arrested by Nigerian police.

This man could have survived if first aid was administered to him But the fear of answering for what u know not obviously made the helper abandon him.

Check the positioning of d legs and d pillow support and shirt unbuttoned, all points to first aid attempt.

We need re-orientation in this country, likewise NPF
