These items are for a project I'm already a week behind delivery and they are the last piece to the entire system. From what you're saying it seems were not even sure the items were dispatched.
As I don't have the luxury of time could you please figure out what's going on in the next 24hrs. If you have to cancel and get a refund let me know so I can quickly make alternative arrangements for another set from eBay.

Firstly in the context of what you are saying, I address for friend's girlfriend as my girlfriend. Secondly, I separate family from business. Which makes me refer to them as my clients. Thirdly, I Ordered from a site that will dispatch within 24hours which makes me pay extra for local shipping because there is a purpose for it. More so, you can't tell me that you have not receive my Package over a week. It is painful and disappointing when I can't meet my people's satisfaction. You don't need to be giving me unnecessary counter excuses. For now it has resulted to waste of time, purpose and waste of product. Get that and face the fact that I have missed a business opportunity with what happened. Since 6th of November.
However, I know you are good at checking records, kindly. Check the date you said to deliver my package. I believe if the product is still with the vendor, you can cancel it.

i understand the 7-10 days refund period. But i dont want to wait till next week only to discover we will still have to get a refund. Like i said am already behind schedule. I can easily get another set with my own funds now and get this back later.

When making reference to a transaction that took place as far back as March, best make reference to the fact that you didn't come to pick up your products when they arrived Nigeria even after contacting you severally on Nairaland for pick up; it took a month or more and then, there was a break and entry. Everyone whose products were stolen: Tiifany, etc were refunded/products were replaced within two weeks. Where were you? And several months later (almost 6 months later), you came back to explain you had an accident. Perfectly understood!

Now, you write about tying down your business money? You delayed picking up your products and no one tied down your money.

Excuse me but you've no right to type that the 'delay' is annoying or to write about your money being trapped because if I was to go by the rule book, the storage fee on your products wiped off your money entirely. Could you recall or make a number count of how many times I've personally contacted you for your products and then, your money?

Courtesy demands you come plain when writing, even if you want to rule it in your favour.
