I saw this for the very first time in my life in Uyo and realised its the standard trend here. There are more female construction workers than male. These women mix cement and carry it for the building. I am always in awe each time I come across them but I never thought of taking their picture

I served in Akwa Ibom and their men are very lazy

The women do all the menial jobs and are still expected to take care of the home and husband
