I can say without fear of doubt that sterling bank decided to
scheme people out of their online test by not making their
portal assessable, because since 12pm many people can't
login and the curtain of the test is almost drawing to an
end..... # So much for online test.

My brother and my sister, think of what u can do with ur talents and build on it... No jobs outside.... Think of how u too will employe people to work for you and u will start paying them... Like me, I seached for jobs for more than 6years;no job! I just need to discovered myself and I noticed that I love computer and I went ahead to learn it and today by God's grace... Four people are working for me and I am paying them... I am into web designing and cartoon animations..just think of what u love doing and develop yourself to it.
