Willian is not Iniesta. Willian is supposed to be a winger the delivers cross after cross when not scoring, or at the very least make good decisions that influence play when not crossing.

Willian does not give you this. Truth be told, he is better than Andre and Mo, he is a hard worker and he presses hard but just like the criticism we show to Oscar, Willian is also culpable. For all of his ability in possession, he does nothing significant.
