let her try neutrogena visibly even range of products.the cleanser,scrub,daily moisturiser n night cream,it should help even out her skin tone or maybe clean n clear products.

Toning/Bleaching, in general, is neither healthy nor advisable. But if you must do it, do it PROFESSIONALLY - - - Go and see your dematologist . . .

She's done that and it was the said dermatologist that gave her the black opal range which did nothing for her skin

Well it depends on her natural complexion. If she's used 2 be chocolate or even lighter she can use Fair and white, the pink one together wt d soap(pink too). Then complement it with Aloe vera gel(fruit of the earth) 2 avoid sun burn. It tones naturally as opposed 2 harsh bleaching which is not advisable. Good luck 2her

Well I guess she is not using the right product for her skin,has she tried to exfoliat her skin before applying her cream.well pamper is for dark pple cos I have used dat once and it darken me.Or maybe the melanin in are body is not enough to get her lighter...well just try to contact 08034292000 for more details

the ones u mentioned above are good products for skin lightning and toning. if all DT did not make an improvement at least small, then I guess it's going to be difficult for her to get back to her normal skin colour

She needs to exfoliate properly to encourage new skin cell growth (Use Kojie sans soap for this)
