I think being born there doesn't qualify for automatic citizenship. Also the only known relative I.e the mother is an illegal immigrant about to be deported. Who's gonna look after the child which begs the question who is the father.

The best interest of the child was not considered. There are loads of illegals living in UK, how is theirs a threat to the UK public that will warrant such a hasty evil deportation. Where will they start from and how do they expect a child who has never lived outside UK to cope. The child deserves the right to live in UK under humanitarian grounds even if failed asylum or discretionary leave outside the rules. No Judge will authorize the deportation of this child. Shame.

Well, there might be security issues but a lot of us are here and not dead. That's how civilized and developed countries behave, they obey rule of law and not moved by sentiments like us Nigerians. She illegally entered another country and by law she should be removed back to her country. Whites don't mess with the laws, break it and face the repercussions. His mother's greatest undoing is that she has a criminal record - she was convicted for being in possession of fake documents which gave her the right to work. That's a major NO -NO. UK takes falsification of passports, work permits, etc very seriously. Some people have committed "worse" crime and they've only been slapped with a non-custodial sentence.

I won't be surprised if she was falsely claiming benefits as well.

Her story would have been different if she didn't have such criminal record.

Obama has proposed amnesty for illegal immigrants in the US. One of the major caveats is that they must have NO criminal record.

In summary, if you are going to remain anywhere in the world illegally and you have plans of regularising your stay, then make sure you have NO criminal record.

The father of d son is not British or EU citizen that is why they have deport both of them. If happened that the father is EU citizen then only the mother will be deported then his husband will come to Nigeria to file for her. Hope u understand.
