All governmental & political figures in this country end in billions; yet there's arguably little or nothing to show for it.

Let them keep fooling us, until one day.
You can fool anybody any day, but you can definitely not fool everybody everyday. undecided

Why are the govt so confused about fixing problems in this country. The refinery story is becoming embarrassing to this country despite our vast resourses of engineers that has fixed more serious technological challenges all over the world. It is embarrassing to some of us in d diaspora
1st we have done so many TAM illegally enriching few people without punishment.
Before partial subsidy removal we are trying to fix it again, quickly during anti subsidy protest, we were told govt have no business with refinery as investors are a already waiting to come in. After a lot of back and forth movement without result, Now we are preparing another scam. Just like phcn, put in billions sell for few thousand and later support them with another few millions. I no something is fishy about all these.
I know revolution is near!!!!!!! Dia rise God ooo.

Dis bad govt sha. Last week my pple, there was an helicopter flying through out abuja and flinging fliers from d air to campaign for jonathan. Part of what is in that fliers was that all nigeria refineries are already 70% completed under jonathan administration. Now NNPC is saying different things. Who should we believe? Jonathan or NNPC. Nigeria beware. Ask anybody who lives in abuja if I'm lying.

Good one. But why wait this long, why use this as a campaign tool. For over 5 years this govt has been in power and they just figured repairing the refinery is paramount. I really think this govt should go, they have been sleeping and taking Nigerians and Nigeria for granted, they only became serious with the reality that the power to vote them out is in the hands of the people so now they are running from pillar to post to appease Nigerians. If you ask me, it's a little too late. The milk has been spilled, let us try another govt. so we may be given a chance to compare and thus; have a choice.

You people have been shouting "Change" "Change" and INEC Changes the election date...
What else do you want?

Change is the only constant thing in life. it's a continues process because we have not yet arrived at where are going or where Nigeria should be

They just woke up from slumbering to realize Nigerians will not give them sympathize vote like we did 4 years ago.

GEJ is working but it is a petty nothing to show for it than for billions going down the drain or unaccounted for.

let's hope the refinery we start working in six weeks time

TAM has been ongoing since Military era; OBJ did about this 2 times or so. How do you rationalize having to transport crude all the way down to Kaduna, when you can do somewhere around Kwaraor Kogi.

What will then be the cost of building a 300k bpd refinery. Bunch of rogues. What rocket science could have been involved in constructing the rifineries that nearly 40years later, Nigeria cannot replicate it through reverse engineering even if it means tearing down one of the useless refineries. Common sense is not common to this people afterall. Over 500m usd?
