Maybe ur church doesn't, but catholic do read it even d bible passages dat other churches neglected(e.g sirach, tobit etc)cos according to them "God abandon d isrealite during d period" nd they believe there is no point reading it. catholic read those passages nd dat is y oda churches says catholic have a separate bible. Even during Bible study,most people would skip Songs of Solomon. I believe the Bible is the divine book of God's thoughts and there's is a perfect reason why any book ,chapter or verse exists there in.Why should a particular book be always ignored ??
