I suspect a UK 10 years ban can be waived under special considerations...
I have a sister that wanted to visit the UK, left for me alone she had all it takes to get a UK visa, but the oversabi ye she be she applied through an agent... The agent forge just too many documents shocked maybe if they give the agent chance he would have changed her name.. All I expected was a rejection and possibly 10 years ban, but I couldn't be bothered. Eventually she got the rejection ....
About 6 months later she was supposed to go for another sisters convocation in the UK and needed to apply, so I had to come in to the application scene, this time she came out pretty clean, she got an invitation letter from the school, got a cover letter from her sister to the embassy telling them how desperately she needs her sister in the UK and how a rejection would ruin her day, she added her bank statement and made them know she is a housewife (although the previous application said she was a salary earner) and added her husbands bank statement, and other relevant information...
I strongly suspected she had a ban but she was still issued a visa, again the place of issue of the visa was somewhere in the UK...
Maybe hers is a rare case.
This is a case in which justice is tampered with mercy, or should I say written rule is tampered with discretive consideration

No one here can give you assurance.
Only visa officer can make a decision.

Help me with a little analysis please.
I am 30, apply for a student visa, but has been refused twice.
In both application I had a sponsor and a co-sponsor who are both my immediate family members and Half of the tuition was paid.
Both sponsor have a handsome both income and available funds and resources.

Reason for refusal was insufficient resource and funds to pay your tuition

Personal Assets and financial status.

I never included my personal assets and financial status because I thought having both sponsor and co sponsor was enough.

Abeg can anyone help me analyze a little.
I am thinking of reapply in 4 months.

I suspect that you did not satisfy the visa officer of the availability of your sponsor's funds hence your "Personal Assets and financial status" came into question, otherwise, I don't see why this question should come into a student visa application: or, perhaps you've been out of school for a considerable period of time?

It's for a Canadian student visa, and yes I graduated in 2010, worked as a trainee in and I.T firm, served 2012-2013, then join my siblings company where I am a logistics person who supervises import and distribution of goods.
The said sibling was the co sponsor an provided a letter of employment and introduction.
While the main sponsor is a senior banking official with a pay of 7.5m annually.
Both sponsors had an account balance well above 10M.

Does the fact that my older brother who was sponsored by my sponsor, who now works in the country be a disadvantage? He got a job immediately after the post grad be because of his performance.

I have resolved to add my stock portfolio which isn't much since the crash of shares and my salary account and a fixed deposit of 2.2m I made since Sep. 2014 prior my second application.
I wish to re-apply in June.

I would appreciate any more advice.
Thank you and God bless.

They probably question why these people would offer to sponsor you with so much money.

The visa appraising officer may wonder why your sponsors are willing to spend so much on you, what is in it for them, what is their motivation spending their resources to send you to school.
I am also thinking if you can ask your sponsorers to give a brief and credible note to cover this question, it may increase your chances in the subsequent applications.

Thanks for your very informative post, its been years now and its still going on. Wow! must be stressful answering all these questions.

I need to make an inquiry however, i am applying for a uk visitor's visa next month, its my first time and i have never traveled out of the country. I am applying for 6months because i feel it might be easier to get for me. My statement of account is not healthy or does not meet the requirements that you stated. My cash flow is not constant and in the last 6months sometimes i get 40,000 sometimes it shoots up to 180,000 naira in the account but thats it. i am 25 years old and i want to know if i can forget about my statement of account and just use my dad as sponsor. theres also a property that i am next of kin to. i need to know if these things count. I am a fashion designer. can i state such
you spoke breifly about the sponsor but i need to understand the sponsor part. i know you dont get paid for this so i will appreciate your candid advise. thanks

In my own opinion I think you have a strong chance to get the visa...
If you can convince yourself that you are coming back then I think you can convince the embassy.
1. How long do you intend to stay in the US. (Hope it wont be too long for them to suspect you want to escape)
2. You can let the family you are visiting send you an invitation.
3. Talk to your parish priest/administrator about the trip and they will give you a letter to the embassy that you will be travelling on the said period of your visit and that you will be on annual, compassionate or any leave..... That's to say you will not be needed during that period..
4. As for the funds, let them know the source of your income so long as you have enough to cater for your stay during the period of your visit and a little more..

BTW I don't even know USA embassy grin so wait for more comments on this

I very crucial question only if you can't help me answer.
After a student visa refusal, can one change sponsor?

After reading your first page again, i noticed what you said about your a company account.
My co-sponsor gave me her company accounts and a company fixed deposit in her companies name.
can i remove her entirely from my next application and replacement my own finances and asset .
I.E Sponsor + My finance/asset or should i just include Sponsor + My Asset and finance + Co-Sponsor(Company acc /personal acc)

Help!!!!!

If you really do need help, you would make your questions more comprehensible instead of writing in puzzles and expecting me to first unravel the puzzles before answering your question.

Good afternoon house. Please I wanna ask question about the DS 160 form *US student visa stuff*. On the aspect of have you make a specific travel plan? Should I click no or yes? If I click yes, dey are oda info dey gona add like date of travelin, departure, who payin for ur trip etc. Please those of you that got US student visa pl tel me exactly how to answer dis part. I kn how you fill the ds 160 matter a lot. On d aspect of having relative in US I want to know if it is a redflag. I do have a sister *US citizen* and I intend sayin yes to d question of do you have any relative in the US. But what if they ask me in my interview if my sis is aware of my coming to US for study. What should I say? If I say yes, they might think we plan it already, if I say no it might luk as if am not serious. Am kinda stuck in this very stuff. NB. My sis is in eastcoast and my school is in westcoast *san franscisco*
