Thanks dearie. The process wasn't really tasking. Just make sure you have all the print out stated in your clearance schedule, with extra sef....and also your original certificate, statement of result wasn't accepted too. All the best!!!

Good evening everyone. I went to the bank today to pay my acceptance fee but I was told I had an outstanding #1000 to pay for modification. A few mins after i paid the acceptance fee, I got a message from PG school confirming the payment. Pls what can I do about this outstanding #1000...thank you

you will get it in room D1 @ Pgschool... its just 60naira for d 3copies... u r not to fill them oooo

I didn't get an invoice to pay acceptance fee instead it was the acceptance form and on it it was stated candidate has ui matrix number and should supply it. I just convocated in the last convocation from mmp. Does that mean I am exempted from paying acceptance fee and just go for clearance?
Pls advise or refer to who can help

you are to open the official pg school's website and not your portal, once you open the official site, click on 'newly admitted students should click here'. supply your application number and password, the system will generate your invoice which you are expected to defray at the bank. Goodluck

I think that particular info. is for those that submitted their statements of result, it's just implies that the original ones be brought for clearance.

No...I think you should be able to print it without paying your acceptance fee, cos I did mine like that too. You can try again with Internet Explorer

I'm having same issues as dat ur friend... Got reccomended same tym as 2 of my colleagues, buh dey've bin cleared while I'm yet 2 receive d congratulatory mail.. The Info officer said we just have to chill, that its done in batches... So am kiping my fingaz well crossed while hoping 4d best...

A colleague of mine is experiencing this too. She was asked to wait till next week, that it'll be rectified. As regards the uploads, no mail was sent, it's just necessary to do it.

It's called the waiting period. We'll have to wait till the new session commences before we can start registration.

As long as you've been recommended by your department and your name sent to the pgschool and provided your transcript is present, you will get the mail. I got my mails six days after a colleague of mine got his. We chose the same course but different options

The pg school did not say anything about upload of documents in the mails they sent but they provided a platform for the upload. I Did upload my documents knowing fully well that it can only turn out to be an advantage and not otherwise. Besides, ask those that have gone for clearance, they'd tell you that what they requested for at the pg school was more than what you have in the mail. I was one of the first sets to be cleared and it was while there that we realized that the information technology department of the school didn't consult well with the screening officers before sending the mails. They told us that the procedure is not in any way different from what they did last year. For your information, documents upload was a part of the procedures then. If you ask me, I'd say upload to feel secured.

Sincerely, I'm torn between this whole idea of uploading of docs. I have been able to print out every necessary document without uploading any.. I've been equally scheduled for clearance. In my own terms I don't see it as necessary'

How can I start my registration. When is the new session starting. How do I get my new room. Will I be alone in the room or I will have roomates?

Pele dear, just calm down... Am in ur shoes, I even defrayed mine since 3rd February... I sent sm1 2 pgschool to lodge a complaint on ma bhalf... D info officer said I shud chill till my admission letter is signed, that it'll be rectified.... So calm down ok and lehz kip d hope alive... BTW hope ur 20,200 reflected in the 'Payment Financially Cleared' part?
