I don't understand where a student gets hundred grand from. Ok she saved and sold her old phone so she can buy this phone. I wouldn't want to conclude but for a girl to save up to buy such phone means her parents cannot afford to buy her the phone. Why buy it? What am I saying. When girls buy human hair of 100k how much more a phone. Everybody living above their means and when they get scammed they cry foul. How would a grown up in the University be so dumb and clueless not to know that she should calm down and jejely check the item she's buying inside out at the place of purchase, before paying and taking her item? Pathetic. And to think of what she's bought - an iPhone 6 that's worth thousands of Naira? Stupidity!

If I'm buying a phone that costly, I must in the very presence of the seller, dismember the whole thing. Or better still, I'd ask him/her to do it themselves before I pay, to avoid stories that touch. I'd even use the phone to call Nigeria, USA, Canada, China, Australia, UAE, Brazil, Jamaica etc just to make sure it reaches everywhere. I'd do all these things before I pay and collect the Phone.

Or did she buy it online? Even at that, I'd pay on delivery. And before I pay, the agent has to open the Phone so that the both of would take a clearer and more thorough examination before handing out my hard earned money.

You have sellers who trade on your site. You don't have control over your sellers. And your money-back policy is at best CRAP.

UP TILL NOW I HAVE NOT MET ANYONE WHO HAS ORDERED SOMETHING ON JUMIA AND PAID ON DELIVERY. You would never deliver the product.

There was a Z10 promo/cheap sale on Jumia a while ago. When my colleague paid you later said it's no longer available and converted his payment to voucher. I warned him but he wouldn't listen. Now he knows better.

Whatever I can't get in Nigerian stores, I buy on Amazon and I have never been disappointed. Don't come here typing marketing trash.
