Like what Minda interesting Convo do you want? The blame should be directed to some ladies not guys..i know also for sure Guys can be understandably hackneyed when it comes to Chat.
Hence, Girls should take 70% of the blame while guys 30%

Op is right but not all girls though,some of them will give short replies if they are not interested in chatting with you while some are just waiting for you to heat up the convo .But majority of them can't produce one correct sentence. I've encountered those type countless time.
