Was about 6_7mths preggy for my 3rd baby and my 1st baby about 4-5yrs old raised my top in d church and say mummy your stomach is too big what did you eat. Guess what everywhere was calm when he said that so few people beside us heard him and started laughing.

I've never been embarrassed by a child but I've definitely had my fair share of embarrassing my mum when I was a kid

I was 7 years old at the time. A friend of hers came to visit and I let him into the living room. I went to call my mum who was in the bedroom. She quickly sssssh'd me and said I should tell him she's not around. I went to tell him "my mummy just said I should tell you she's not around" The poor man looked so dejected ehn LOOL .. Mum overheard me coz 2 mins later, she rushed out of the room in shame explaining to her friend "dont mind her jor, these children sef"

The uncle smiled sha but I don't remember him visiting often after that

I recall one of the flights I had with my daughter when she was about 18 months old. The journey to Lagos was very smooth but coming back to Abuja was something else . I know she doesnt like to be restricted as she loves exploring her environment. Immediately we boarded and was seated she started throwing tantrums. This developed into serious crying and she refused to be consoled. All efforts to pacify her failed i.e music, pictures, games, snacks etc People were just giving us this funny look. The only time she kept quiet was when I strolled down with her to the restroom. At some point an hostess had to tell me to be seated and fasten my seat belt when she noticed I was standing up to pacify a wailing baby

Was I able to do anything about it? No, at least not while we were still on board! However, immediately we alighted her mood changed and she became the charming baby once again.

My mum told me I pee in their Christmas food. That the food was even meant for sharing. She said she flogged me because she gave me potty but I refused ..

so I was in this owanmbe party. My friend told me to help me carry her baby that she wants to receive a call and the hall where we were was too noisy. Musicians were performing and she didn't hear what the speaker was saying. All the while I was using one hand to carry her and using the other hand to play game on my phone this baby just dragged my blouse down and was about displaying the contents of my bra . immediately I dropped the phone and adjusted myself. I was like which kain pikin be this. All the while I just thought she was playing I didn't know she went that far

I told my sister that I detested a certain friend of mine in the presence of my five year old
So come Sunday am going to church and I bump into this friend. My five year old goes " mom isn't this Becky you said you don't like because she borrows money and don't return! Damn I felt bad.

Another day....she saw a man whose arms were amputated, cud u believe she walked up to the man and asked him "where's ur hand?" in a public place o.....Shame catch me dat day ehn.....i almost killed her!

These stories really cracked me up

My son who was a year plus after playing and dirting himself all over in church gleefully ran to our pastor who unfortunately wore a white suit and gave him a serious stain all over, I kept on saying "sorry sir" but my son seems happy about the whole scenario and was jubilating as I drag him away. At that moment, he achieved a big deal of having to hug the pastor after the church meanwhile the ushers and protocol around we're busy giving us a murderous look. I was so embarrassed like I couldn't control my child.

I've told her I don't have money and I promised to buy it for her next time, she said no I should buy it now now and she started crying refusing to leave the shop. I had to dragged her out of the shop, she started screaming leave me I don't know you, you are not my mum please help me ooo, I was sweating and I didn't know what I should do, I honestly felt like crying.Thank God a lot of people have known me in that area and the knew I was her biological mother if not they would have thought that I have kidnapped her and it wouldn't have been funny.

Well, in my case, it wasn't me, but my friend...
We just moved into the compound new, I was somewhere around 8/9 yrs old..
I had a friend immediately, the next door.. he was my age mate...
Now, all I know during child beating is just normal crying...
But one day I heard my friend's mother beating him, instead of crying, I was hearing "Somebody help me!!!!"
