If you re having issues with ur payment confirmation,kindly go to the bank. Going to oau computer room is just a waste of time. Try to talk small sense to whoever attends to you,and try as much as possible to activate the puppy in you...u knw,the cute eyes.

The mistakes are rectified by the bank,cos oau would remit ur pay back to the bank and they'll have to repost the money into oau's account in the correct way. Just know that the causes of your issues my be as a result of that 3 digits before ur name on the payment slip,atleast that's what caused mine,and the bank goat didn't know.
