Once you're more than 30years that's when you're offered with the option of exemption!

And then you should also preach to ASUP/ASUU to stop going on strike.Sometimes,government causes this age cheat of a thing and it is not as if you will be employed immeaditely you graduate.Hadn't been there is work on ground to engage in,who will even care about going for service when exemption is there but KO SISE ooo..

Rather than being defensive, why not look at the bigger picture? the poster simply used that nysc as an illustration. The references he quoted speak against lying generally. Is it now wrong to preach against something wrong?

OP, OYO for u ooooooo. What shall it profit you not to falsify your age and still roast to hell!

I have been falsifying my age since my days at NOVARTIS. From there to KPMG, then HAVESEX bank and now TOTAL. Play ur card well bro, no pain no gain. All these things come with the game so go ahead and roast in hell alone, u hear?

Majority of students that graduated are above 30 years and they swore a fabricated affidavit and declaration of age so as to also join to make them young and also join in serving the nation and to enjoy flexing in camp.

Is it right? Must a child of God do this? Many of my aged colleagues also do this and claim is right?

Lets look at God's view as concerning this widely practice age falsification.
PROVERBS 11 VS 1 - a false balance/declaration is abomination to the LORD but a just weight is His delight.
PROVERBS 12 VS 22 - lying lips are abomination to the LORD but they that deal/declare truly are His delight.
COLOSSIANS 3 VS 9 - do not lie to one another because you have put off the old man and his deeds and have put on the new man in Christ.

So God calls this a lie. And there is nothing like a small lie or big lie. All are abomination before the Lord. How can you be 35 years and you go and swear a false oath in the court that you are 28 just to make you go for youth service.

If you have done this or you're guilty of this. REPENT. Swearing a false oath of age will undoubtedly lead you to hell fire. What shall it profit you to enjoy and flex at youth service for one year and then lose your soul in hell. Repent ye liars and deal truly.

Whosoever has and ear let him hear what the Spirit is saying to the people

is this d only sin? Don't u commit other sins? Or won't the other sins u commit take u to hellfire ?

OP,are you seeking advice from us whether to falsify your age and go for Youth Service (as in the topic of thread) or you are proving/telling us the consequences of doing so spiritually?If you knew all these,why still asking?
Which school did you even attend?Why would majority of your coursemates be above 30 yrs of age,especially in this post-UME era?I doubt it,bro.You are only assuming their age based on their physical appearance.
Go to some schools,you'll find teenagers predominating their part-time classes.
