The headline is very misleading. The OP is claiming that he was jailed for providing juju to drug traffickers. For that to happen it means that the U.S judicial system believes and recognizes the existence of juju in the first place. That is an emphatic NO. Remember, they are not Nigerians and therefore psychologically and mentally stable. He was jailed for conspiracy to distribute not for providing juju.
