From your write-up above, it appears you received the data quite alright but have exhausted it. Kindly go to the "Data Usage" sub-menu of the "Settings" menu of your device, select a date range 17th March to date, select the said SIM and you will see the apps that used up your data.

Its advisable to deactivate all automatic updates from your Google Play Store(for Android) and on other operating systems.

Please could you forward the details of your complaint to 08034424683 and I will follow it up.

It will cost you only a few minutes to investigate and verify powerhq's integrity on the internet, including its age and orders fulfilled.
Or at worst N400 to try out the cheapest of the plans so that when you speak against my business, you will be justified that you are uprooting "weeds" and not "genuine plants".

The post you read was made in July 2014, over 6 months ago. By then, 250mb was available on MTN and it went for #400.
Unfortunately, in October 2014, MTN changed some of their policies that meant we couldn't offer data less than 1gb anymore. Our 1gb goes for #1,200. If you're interested in getting the 1gb data plan, kindly send us #800 through the same channel you sent the first #400 and you should get your data within 15 minutes.
(We are open 8am - 9pm, Mondays-Saturdays, 2pm - 9pm on Sundays).
However, if you would prefer a refund, kindly let us know through the same channel.
For future transactions, sir, kindly check the first post for current price rates.
