The picture above is a snapshot of a fraudulent email circulating online in which the not-so-smart sender pretends is an official email from Paypal. The email title reads “You have many problems in your account” and the sender is “Paypal.” You are then required to click on a link via the email to confirm your details.

Please beware that this email is a complete sham and does not originate from Payal. How do you know?, simply look at the email sender address paypal@mail-59.. Paypal will never send you an email with this kind of email address. All paypal official emails must be Bleep@paypal.com The aim of this email is to get your paypal login details and hack your account from which they can transfer all the money in your local bank account to theirs. Simply clicking on that link confirms to them that, this is your Paypal email.

If fraudsters succeed in duping you, it's a blessing in disguise. It's a blessing in that you will no longer have money to purchase data for spreading hate campaign among Nigerians again. Then, I won't habour that feeling of having an enemy in my household again, because my brother married an Igbo woman.

I'm telling you what I know, I do consulting work for companies like Paypal. My personal and business accounts are set up in a way that even if you guessed the password, you'll never be able to guess the PIN and security questions. You'll need all three in order for any hack to work, you'll need to know all three in order to change any info. on the account and after three failed attempts the account is automatically locked and the only way to reopen it is through phone verification, it's only dumb people that'll leave themselves unprotected in this age of cybercrime.
