First of all, I never said "senior manager", I said senior staff.

And I would point out the scenerio... "My friend how are you? There is current recruitment ongoing in the bank, forward your cv to "the mail" ..... And u said scam? Did she ask me for money to land me the job? Or threaten to kill me if I dont send my cv? Or am I paying to apply? Due to the conflicting info here, I still had to go on linkedin to track some diamond bank staff and ask them this same question, and they reaffirmed that I should send my cv to that mail ... Except they are all screwing with my head...
I don't work with diamond, I don't have any exclusive info asides what I have stated here. Even if they put entry level on hold, is it forever?
I lose nothing applying via that email countless times which I am sure you have done also, if we are called, fine, if we aren't life goes on nothing lost. No need to debate.

Every "Senior Staff" in diamond bank can confirm and know that that message floating around started in 2012 and the bank isn't recruiting. If a "senior staff" tells you the bank is recruiting, then that "senior staff" is NOT in diamond bank as he/she would've known that he/she cannot speak on behalf of the bank let alone spread false information and therefore is a scam. He doesn't have to ask for money.

I do not think there is any harm in sending your CV to that email address. If the mails are deleted at the end of the day, fine, you will lose nothing. If after some time a mail is sent inviting you for a test, excellent, you'd know you did well by giving the job ad the benefit of the doubt.

Do not let some cocky person hiding behind his phone squash whatever you choose to believe in.
