Ijebu Ode - Ore Expressway means its headed out of Lagos and has gone past Ijebu Ode but yet to get to Ore.

So it is outbound Lagos.

Apara Line is more of Lagos- Benin bus although they have small pick up garage in Onitsha.

I know who the majority of the passengers will be plus a sprinkling of a few others venturing to do small business either in Benin or Onitsha.
